A first!

A 5 Rhythms dance class was offered as part of the pre-conference activities at the 2011 UK Association of Solution Focused Practice conference in Bath, and a number of conference participants attended. Many thanks to Sue Kuhn for welcoming us to her class and helping us to dance our way into the conference – www.suekuhndance.com

We have been having dialogues with an accredited 5 Rhythms teacher about designing a workshop which combines dance and solution-focused brief therapy. Some exciting ideas have emerged so far. This is on hold at the moment but the ideas and plans are bubbling away underneath.
